New Utility Billing Software

The City of Rialto Utility Billing is getting a new look.  In an effort to provide the highest quality service to our customers, we are changing to a new utility billing software program.  Effective mid May 2005, water and/or sewer bills will have a whole new look.  Improved features include a consumption chart to show a comparison of water usage over the past full year.  Also, a more detailed statement will show previous balance, payments received, and any new charges and activity on the account since the last billing.  In the future, the City plans to offer on-line viewing and the ability to pay City of Rialto utility bills on-line via the City website.

One of the most important changes to note is that for any delinquent accounts the City will no longer be hanging 48-hour notices on doors.  Shut-off notices will be sent by mail. Red tag notices will still be hung on the door should your water be disconnected for non payment.

Please bear with us during this transition.  The City is excited about the new changes and we look forward to serving you more efficiently.
