KRTO Policies and Procedures
This document outlines the public, education, and government access policies and guidelines for KRTO Channel 3. KRTO offers a unique opportunity for the community to create its own programming and to engage in responsible dialogue. This document outlines what type of messages are allowed on the Informer, the different types of programs broadcast (i.e., public developed, eductional or political programming). It also lists the different forms needed for posting information or airing programs, as well as Personal Apperance Waivers.
