Welcome to Rialto Recreation and Community Services Department.
The Recreation and Community Services Department consists of six divisions. The Administration Division is responible for providing support to the program divisions as well as administering the Park Development program and Community Development Block Grant program. The Administration Division also provides support to the Recreation and Parks Commission. The Child Development Division operates a number of Child Care sites. The Community Enrichment Division is responsible for City-wide Special Events. The Senior Center Division is responsible for day-to-day operation of the Rialto Senior Center, Senior Programming, Excursions and Instructional Classes. Our Sports Division offers year round sports to Rialto youth and adults and offers Special Olympics. The Aquatics and Fitness Division manages activities at the Rialto Racquet and Fitness Center, the Tom Sawyer Swimming Pool and the Community Playhouse.
