Program Registration

All registrations for participants under 18 years of age require signature of parent or guardian. All registrations are handled on a first-come, first serve basis.

  • Walk-in Registration: Walk-in registration is taken Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Rialto Community Center, 214 N. Palm Avenue, Suite 204, Rialto, CA 92376. Registration is also accepted at the Rialto Senior Center, 1411 S. Riverside Ave, Rialto, CA 92376 Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Payment for registration can be made by cash, check, money order, Mastercard or Visa.
  • Telephone Registration: Telephone registration is accepted for most programs with payment made by VISA or MasterCard.
  • On-Line Registration: Available for most programs at Active.com (see link below).

Refund/Credit Policy: Refunds, credit memos or transfers to another program will be granted under the following conditions:

  • Classes ~ All cancellations must be requested within 48 hours after the first class meeting (72 hours prior to workshops), unless class time has changed or the class is cancelled by the Department;
  • Excursions ~ All cancellations must be requested prior to the registration deadline, unless the trip is cancelled by the Department. NO SHOW, NO REFUND!

Please allow two to three weeks for refund to be processed.

Special Needs: Those who may need assistance (i.e., wheelchair bus, interpreter, etc.) in order to enjoy our programs, should contact the Recreation Office at least four weeks in advance so we may make necessary arrangements.
