Business Assistance
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Rialto ("Agency") is in charge of the City's Economic Development efforts. As such, the Agency is responsible for attracting new businesses and investment in the community, as well as retaining existing businesses, encouraging them to expand expansion of their operations, and assist them in becoming more profitable.
The mission of the Economic Development Division is to:
- Seek out and attract quality businesses to diversify the local business base.
- Improve and increase employment opportunities for local residents.
- Conduct business communications, outreach, and retention activities.
- Facilitate redevelopment and revitalization of blighted sites.
- Encourage growth in the retail sales tax-producing business base so as to provide additional tax revenues to the City to support municipal services and operations.

- Ombudsman and Expedited Services for City Approval Process
- Referral Services to Business Assistance Agencies
