City Treasurer
The City Treasurer is Edward J. Carrillo, elected November 2, 2004. The City Treasurer is an elected four (4) year term office. The City Treasurer serves as Treasurer for the City and the Redevelopment Agency.
The City Treasurer's office is responsible for the receipt, custody, deposit, disbursement and investment of all City and Redevelopment Agency funds. Each month, this office prepares, files, and submits the statement of cash position report to the City Council on the City's and Redevelopment Agency's cash and investment standing.
The Treasurer's office participates in the budget process, maintains records and reconciles the City's and Redevelopment Agency's bank accounts.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Treasurer's office maintains records for the Rialto Park Cemetery, located at 200 North Willow.
